Painting the Marsh

Barbara Gill will teach budding watercolorists the use of the 'cat tongue' brush to sketch birds, ducks, cat tails and flowers with colored inks, using watercolor washes for the background.

Once your painting is complete, Barbara will teach you how to mount it on foam core board and varnish it with cold wax so that it can be preserved and displayed without glass.

All levels of skill and experience are welcome. There is a $15 material fee paid to the instructor at the time of the workshop. The fee for the workshop is $50. Visit to make your reservation.
