Art Walk is now the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month, excluding January. Art Walk 2024 starts Saturday February 10th.

New Times

Fall/Winter season is 9 AM-1 PM to work with Daylight Savings Time. In Spring, the time is 7:30 AM-12 Noon and the first Art Walk in ‘Spring Forward’ will be Saturday March 23rd. For AGD members, the cost is $25 per vendor per day. For non-members, the cost is still $35 per vendor per day. Liability Agreement

You will be required to sign a Release of Liability Agreement that waives the liability of Art Guild of the Delta (AGD) in all cases. This is a requirement and it is available for your signature at the ARTwalk this year. Download the document here.

Insurance

It is a recommended that you have craft fair insurance.

PCFMA requires that all vendors have general liability insurance for $1,000,000 with PCFMA listed as additionally insured.  You can get general liability insurance through your home insurance provider, or you can search for insurance providers on the internet.  The cost of general liability insurance coverage varies, but it can cost anywhere from $200 - $800 annually.

State Taxes    You will need a reseller license with California. Please make sure we have a copy of you license BEFORE you set up for the first time.

Remember:

  •  All art work must be hand made by you, the artist. No buy and re-sell is allowed.

  •  You have a 10 X 10 space on the sidewalk or one of 4 corners – not the street. Space is first come/first served.

  • Any unauthorized Sellers will be asked to leave by Artwalk members and the Farmers Mkt Mgr.

  • Bring your own pop- up tent or table and chairs. Be prepared for the occasional windy day and solid rain cancels the ArtWalk.

Important: Leave space for customers to walk on the sidewalk. Local businesses need customer access. They will let us know if they think their stores' access is blocked. Keep friendly relations with the local tenants and they will realize that we BRING them business. Finish setting up 1⁄2 hour before the event starts. Local police usually set safety barricades.

If you know of a local artist that produces hand -made art and would like to join us, pass this info along and have them contact Kathleen.
